Berisha takes out the photo/ Rama with Dorian Ducka in Kiev

The head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has recently published a photo of Prime Minister Edi Rama, accompanied by his former advisor Dorian Ducka in Kiev.

"Rama with his adviser Dorian Ducka in Kiev! PS The person in the left corner with a bottle in his hand is the famous Dorian Ducka", writes Rama next to the photo.

Earlier in the statement to the media, Berisha accused Prime Minister Edi Rama and his former adviser, Dorian Ducka, of having ties to former FBI official Charles McGonikal.

McGonical has been arrested in New York for helping Russian oligarchs, he is accused of taking 225,000 euros in bribes from a former Albanian intelligence official in 2017 before he retired. In a separate nine-count indictment, McGonigal is accused of receiving the substantial sum in exchange for promoting the business interests of the former Albanian agent, who has obtained American citizenship and lives in New Jersey.
