"I don't ask about the friendship with Vučić"/ Rama: This is why we need "Open Balkans"

Today, Prime Minister Edi Rama reacted to the situation in the North of Kosovo, after being asked by journalists. He came out on the side of Kosovo and called on Serbia to withdraw.

Meanwhile, he also defended the "open Balkans", saying that there will be no withdrawal from this project.

He said that the inheritance of the conflict from generation to generation should be stopped and that his friendship with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has nothing to do with Kosovo.

"These situations show why the 'Open Balkans' is needed", said Rama.

Furthermore, he spoke on behalf of the Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, underlining that Spain is in favor of the free movement of Kosovo's citizens. /CNA.al
