Robberies in Rinas/Rama: The service has increased, today we are safer

Prime Minister Edi Rama, in his speech at the inauguration of the new terminal at Rinas airport, also focused on safety and improving the quality of service to passengers.

Bringing to mind the negative cases that this airport has recorded in terms of security, where a group of robbers penetrated to the stairs of the plane and stole 4.6 million euros, Rama said that measures have been taken to prevent the recurrence of such cases.  

He emphasized that the number of security workers at the Rinas airport has increased, which also guarantees the quality of service for passengers.

“Edhe siguria e mbajmë mend të gjithë me shqetësim e revolt skandalin e futjes deri në pistë të një bande e cila u vu prapa hekurave si rezultat i mosplotësimit të standardeve të sigurisë nga kompania që operonte aeroportin më parë. Kështu ndodh në të gjitha vendet. Policia bën simulimet e nevojshme, jep sugjerimet, identifikon pikat kritike dhe asiston operatorët në marrjen e masave të sigurisë. Sot jemi shumë më tepër të sigurt në mënyrë se si operohet ashtu sikundër falë një plani pozitiv dhe gatishmërisë së operatorit për ta zbatuar, është shtuar numri i punonjësve të sigurisë këtu. Kjo bëhet për rritje të cilësisë së shërbimit për pasagjerë”, tha Rama./CNA.al
