A detained protester is transported from the police station to Trauma.

The head of the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi, in a statement to the media, said that an injured protester was transported from Police Station 1 to the hospital.

According to Bardhi, 19 people, including three minors, are being escorted to Police Station No. 1 in Tirana. Bardhi stated that the protester transported to the hospital was initially denied medical assistance.

Further, the leader of the DP group stated that none of those escorted had committed any violations and the police behaved like a gang.

" It was flagrantly held. The abused person is heading to the Trauma Hospital. It has been determined that he needs urgent medical help and it has been refused. Three minors are being held illegally, accompanied. There is no parent or lawyer. The DP lawyer has entered to carry out verifications. 19 people have been accompanied to police station number 1. None of them have committed any violations. The police today behaved like a gang ," said Bardhi./CNA
