The Tirana police have given more details about the 4 employees arrested at the Agricultural University of Tirana.

According to the information, the arrested are: AR, 62 years old, with the position of Director of the Experimental Didactic Farm at Tirana Agricultural University, T. B, with the position of Head of the Agriculture Sector, RS, 59 years old, with the position of Specialist of the Agriculture Sector; AM, 64 years old, warehouseman in the central warehouse at Tirana Agricultural University.

Këta shtetas në bashkëpunim me njëri-tjetrin, në role të ndryshme, paracaktonin fituesin e tenderave, kryenin hyrje dhe dalje fiktive të mallrave në magazina, duke shpërdoruar detyrën.

Operacioni nga Sektori për Hetimin e Krimit Ekonomik e Finaciar në Drejtorinë Vendore të Policisë Tiranë në bashkëpunim me Prokurorinë e Rrethit Gjyqësor Tiranë .

Vihen në pranga 4 punonjës të Universitetit Buqësor të Tiranës, për abuzim me disa tendera.

Në kuadër të luftës kundër krimit të organizuar dhe Korrupsionit, Sektori për Hetimin e Krimeve Ekonomike e Financiare në Drejtorinë Vendore të Policisë Tiranë në bashkëpunim me Prokurorinë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë Tiranë, pas një pune të mirëfilltë hetimore disamujore finalizuan me sukses operacionin policor të koduar “Tenderat”.

Si rezultat i operacionit u bë ekzekutimi i masave të sigurisë “Arrest në burg” për shtetasit:

- A. R., 62 vjeç, me detyrë Drejtor i Fermës Didaktike Eksperimentale në Universitetin Bujqësor Tiranë;

- T. B., me detyrë Përgjegjës i Sektorit të Bujqësisë;

- R. S., 59 vjeç, me detyrë specialist i Sektorit të Bujqësisë;

- A. M., 64 vjeç, me detyrë magazinier në magazinën qendrore në Universitetin Bujqësor Tiranë.

These citizens in cooperation with each other, in different roles, predetermined the winner of tenders, carried out fictitious entry and exit of goods in warehouses, abusing the duty.

As material evidence, a vehicle owned by citizen AR and 5 mobile phones were seized.

Work continues to identify other persons implicated in this criminal activity.

The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further procedural actions.
