Changes in the State Police/Movements in the management structures

New moves have been reported in the leadership structures of the State Police. According to reports, Alban Dautaj has been appointed from head of the Anti-Terror Directorate to head of the Operational Directorate.

Previously, this position was held by Melsi Koçi. Meanwhile, the new director of Anti-Terror will be Edmond Sula.

The Director of Financial Crime Investigation at the General Directorate, Gentian Ndoi, has been transferred to Debar.

Besmir Dervishi, from deputy director of the Tirana police, has been appointed chief of crimes at the Kukes Local Police Directorate.

Oliger Torba, who was previously deputy director in Fier, has been appointed to replace Dervish. Meanwhile, Alfred Cene has been appointed to police station no. 2.

The head of Police Station No. 2 in Tirana, Ermal Kënaçi, has also left and is reported to have been transferred to Kukës. 

Lezha has been entrusted to Kreshnik Alimadhi, while the former district director Islor Islami has resigned. 

The movements have been signed by the Director General of the State Police, Skënder Hita, in other regions of the country as well.
