Unauthorized constructions, a crime scene/ Former prosecutor: What's the

Former prosecutor, lawyer Besnik Muçi has commented on the Government's move on construction without permission.

According to him, the Government has nothing to do with unauthorized constructions, but the prosecution, since we are dealing with a crime scene.

"The pumpkin game of illegal constructions... we seize them, buy them, confiscate them

What does the Government have to do with unauthorized constructions?

Building without permission is a crime. The building itself is a crime scene. The Constitution and laws charge the Police, the Prosecutor's Office and the Court to deal with the discovery, referral, investigation and trial of this crime and the perpetrators.

The surfaces built without permission are the product of crime and Article 36 of the Criminal Code determines their fate, they are confiscated", writes Muçi on social networks.

According to the same, by interfering with VKM, the Government violates its constitutional powers, it openly interferes in the affairs of the judicial power, preventing these constitutional institutions from performing their duties.

"What is the purpose is not clear ... but it is easily understood.

If it was a war against unauthorized constructions, they simply should not have been allowed... like many courtyards, windows and roofs in every neighborhood and village. Or create conditions and let the institutions do the work.

This is the state of law, the other is called the state of the Government", writes Muçi further. /CNA.al
