Prime Minister Edi Rama is in Montenegro, where he has shared views of the "Porto Montenegro" resort, which according to him was planned to be built in Albania.

In his video, Rama is seen with the resort manager, while stating that "Porto Montenegro" brought Montenegro out of the "black fog" that had covered the country.

"I am here with the manager of this resort that brought Montenegro out of the black fog for the first time, of being a smuggling country, of being a crime country ," Rama said.

In the video caption, Prime Minister Rama emphasizes that such investments will no longer leave Albania.
