"In the name of protest"/ Mocking the Albanian flag, anarchists

A group with neo-Marxist and anarchist views has gone to an extreme act of mocking our national symbols.

This is because a photo is circulating on the internet where the background of the Albanian flag has been turned blue, to symbolize the sea, while instead of the double-headed eagle, they have placed a flamingo.

This act is directly related to the situation in Zvërnec.

What is striking is precisely the mockery that is made of the red and black flag, alienating it with bird symbols.

It seems that these groups aim to destroy the country's image, the rise of tourism in Albania, and the future of the country, going so far as to commit such acts in the name of a protest.

Instead of protesting normally, such individuals are being 'dragged' and taken 'hostage' by Arlind Qori's movement, paid mercenaries coming from Greece or even other political instruments, who seek to block tourism and plunder national symbols through their anti-national actions. /CNA
