The Minister of Infrastructure and Energy Belinda Balluku has closely inspected the situation in the streets of Dibra.

This storm will continue until 7:00 PM and then we will have a chance to clear the roads. The police came out to stop the traffic. In the district of Dibra, we have 24 feeders that have broken down at this moment. Work will be done throughout the night to restore power to all areas where there was a disconnection. To the south-east the axes are busy, but you have to be careful. Chains must be used on all roads. We insist that vehicle movements should be restricted until the weather improves, at least until the storm is over. We urge you to avoid unnecessary movements. You can only move in case of emergency.
