Meeting of the Council of Mandates/ SPAK prosecutors and Ahmetaj's lawyers arrive at the Presidency of the Assembly

The head of the SPAK, Altin Dumani and the prosecutor Enkeleda Millonai have arrived at the Presidency of the Assembly, where SPAK's request for Ahmetaj's arrest will be examined.

Also, the lawyers of the former deputy prime minister Arben Ahmetaj, Henrik Ligori and Ardian Visha have also arrived.

Their presence in this meeting was announced earlier by CNA, while Arben Ahmetaj will not participate, as it turns out that he is outside the territory of Albania.

Henrik Ligori and Ardian Visha have requested that the meeting be postponed to tomorrow due to the voluminous file.

The Council of Mandates will decide whether to remove the immunity of deputy Arben Ahmetaj, which would pave the way for the arrest of the latter by SPAK./ CNA.al
