SPAK's file is clarified/ 6 cases where Arben Ahmetaj is suspected of

Today, SPAK sent a file to the Assembly, where it requested to remove the immunity of the deputy of the SP and the former deputy prime minister, Arben Ahmetaj, in order to make his arrest possible.

This is after SPAK has filed 4 charges against Arben Ahmetaj, in connection with the incinerator affair.

In the declassified file, it is said that 6 cases were recorded, where the former deputy prime minister committed corruption.

The Special Structure claims that the socialist deputy has benefited about 500 thousand euros during the years 2016-2020, from the "heads" of the incinerators Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri.

Doubts have also been raised about the seized villa in Hamallaj, which may have benefited indirectly in 2017.

SPAK also claims that Zoto and Mërtiri paid Ahmetaj about 34 thousand euros in plane tickets and hotels during the years 2013-2017.

The amount of 170,480 euros in 2016 and 2017, covering the true nature of the source and presenting it as a payment made to citizens Albina Mançka and Arben Ahmetaj, against a 'sale' to citizen Andi Boni (payment made at the end by the citizen Helidon Begaj) in 2 apartments in sip.124.15 m2, located in ZK3292, in the place called Selitë, in the building built by the company "Sheron", sh,pk, this value was paid indirectly by the citizens Klodian Zoto and Mirel Martyrdom, through citizens Andi Boni and Helidon Begaj.

Property land + building with no. property 1/110 vol.12 page 26 ZK 1925, with an area of ??521.13 m2, acquired in 2017 by citizens Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri, indirectly through the transactions of the previous transfer of this property to the ownership of citizen Erjola Hoxha, co-habitant of the person under investigation Arben Ahmetaj.

The amount of 140,000 euros in 2018, the true nature of the source being covered up and presented as a payment made to citizens Albina Mançka and Arben Ahmetaj, against a 'sale', to citizen Sonila Goxhaj, of an apartment with an area of ??178.68 m2 and a garage of 21 m2 located in the area in ZK 3292 in the place called Selitë in the building built by the company "Sheron" sh.pk value paid indirectly by citizens Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri, through citizens Sonila Goxhaj, Sokol Meqemeja and the company "Frigo Food" sh.p.k.

The amount of about 34,422 euros received in the form of expenses and hotel and travel payments during the period 2013-2017, these payments were made directly by citizens Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri for citizen Arben Ahmtaj or his relatives.
