Today, the Council of Mandates is expected to meet at 16:00 to consider the SPAK's request to remove the immunity of the former deputy prime minister and MP Arben Ahmetaj.

CNA had warned that Arben Ahmetaj will not be present at the Council of Mandates, as he has left the territory of Albania and will be represented at the meeting by lawyers Henrik Ligori and Ardian Visha.

But it is learned that the two lawyers have requested that the meeting be postponed until tomorrow. The reason for this request is SPAK's voluminous file of 400 pages.

Meanwhile, there is still no answer from the Assembly whether or not there will be a postponement of the meeting of the Council of Mandates.

We remind you that SPAK asks the Assembly to pave the way for the arrest of former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj, who is being investigated for his connection with the incinerators.
