Masat e sigurisë për Altin Dumanin/ SPAK “thyen” heshtjen

SPAK ka deklaruar se masat e marra për sigurinë e kreut të institucionit, Altin Dumani janë konform me procedurat e miratuara.

Përmes një komunikate për media SPAK bën me dije se në zbatim të akteve ligjore dhe nënligjore Drejtuesi i Prokurorisë së Posaçme mbrohet nga Garda e Republikës, e cila bashkëpunon dhe koordinon veprimet me Policinë e Shtetit.

 “Nisur nga publikimet në media dhe interesi i lartë publik, informojmë se: Në zbatim të akteve ligjore dhe nënligjore Drejtuesi i Prokurorisë së Posacme mbrohet nga Garda e Republikës e cila bashkëpunon dhe koordinon veprimet me Policine e Shtetit. Mbrojtja e Drejtuesit të Prokurorisë është konform procedurave standarde të miratuara”, thueht në reagimin e SPAK./ CNA
