After about 5 hours of reporting to the Laws Committee by the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, the situation became tense between MP Tedi Blushi and the chairman of the committee, Ulsi Manja.

After Blushi asked a series of questions, Manja lost her patience and addressed the PL MP, telling him that she was apologizing and was not asking if he could speak in the Assembly on Thursday until morning.

Manja addressed Dumani and said that he could answer some questions that are within the legal framework since he was also confusing his colleague Fatmir Xhafaj out of fatigue.

"You are not asking any questions, but you are making an apology. I have interrupted your speech. If you are going to register in the Assembly and speak on Thursday until 12:00 at night.
