Denunciation of Vokshi for threat on election day/ SPAK Prosecutor: The

SPAK prosecutor Adnan Xholi spoke about electoral crimes during the reporting session for the 2024 activity. Asked about the denunciation of MP Vokshi on election day, prosecutor Xholi admitted that he had direct communication with her.

The prosecutor said that this denunciation has been channeled to the relevant institution, which is the Tirana Prosecutor's Office. The latter, Xholi declared, has put all structures on alert.

Further, the prosecutor said that this issue is not within the competence of SPAK to investigate, SPAK's competence for elections includes only active and passive corruption.

" It is true that Mrs. Vokshi has communicated directly with me. It has been channeled to the relevant institution, which has put the structures on alert. We cannot violate a competence and investigate something that is not within our competence. We only have competence over active and passive corruption ," said Prosecutor Xholi./CNA
