The mandate of Holta Zaçaj/ The Constitutional Court postpones the session again

The Constitutional Court has again postponed the hearing for the mandate of the president of this institution, Holta Zaçajt.

According to the announcement of the Court, the postponement was made after Zaçaj requested to be acquainted with the decision of the Supreme Court.

She requested to be given sufficient time to present her opinion regarding the position taken by the President of the Supreme Court, regarding the constitutional principles and the way of interpretation of the constitutional provisions applicable in this case.

Meanwhile, the next session will take place on December 23 at 13:00.

This is the second time that the Constitutional Court postpones the decision-making regarding the interpretation of when the mandate of Holta Zaçaj, member and president of the Constitutional Court ends./ CNA
