Sterilization concession/ GJKKO decides today if the file goes to trial

The session begins at the Special Anticorruption Court on the issue of "Sterilization", where Judge Flojera Davidhi will decide whether to pass the file for trial or return it to SPAK for completion of investigations against the 9 defendants. 

Also present at the session is the former Minister of Health Ilir Beqaj, who arrived at the GJKKO premises this morning.

The Special Court has given the security measure "obligation to appear" and "prohibition of exiting the country", for the former minister for the charge of "abuse of duty", for the concession of sterilization of surgical equipment.

Former Deputy Minister of Health, Klodjan Rrjepaj and businessman Ilir Rrapaj were arrested for this matter. They are under investigation for "abuse of duty" and "forgery of documents". Both are in the cell while the court rejected their request for freedom./ CNA
