Paris Hilton has spoken out after receiving a barrage of unflattering comments about her son's head size.

She revealed that she was deeply hurt by the comments about her 10-month-old son, Phoenix.

“I couldn't believe they could be so mean to an innocent little child. You can say what you want about me, but this is my little angel. And if anyone ever says something to hurt her, I'll always be there to defend her," Hilton, 42, told People Tuesday.

She revealed that she usually ignores the messages she receives, but she couldn't sit back and say nothing when her child was attacked. She expressed that she felt bad for anyone who feels the need to bully a child. However, there were also people who supported him.

"Normally, I wouldn't even respond, but it just broke my heart that there are such cruel people in the world. They are so miserable in their lives that they would talk about a child in such a way. It makes me feel so grateful knowing that there are so many people in the world who love and support me," said Hilton./ CNA
