Këshilli i Lartë i Prokurorisë ka miratuar rregulloren për ngritjen në detyrë të prokurorëve.
Ndërsa për plotësimin e këtyre vakancave KLP pritet të hapë garën në shtator.
Rregullorja ka hyrë në fuqi dje me botimin në fletoren zyrtare. Qëllimi i kësaj Rregulloreje është përcaktimi i kritereve, parimeve, subjekteve dhe procedurave për ngritjen në detyrë të prokurorëve në shkallët më të larta në prokuroritë e juridiksionit të përgjithshëm
Në rregullore thuhet se ngritja në detyrë në shkallët më të larta, në prokuroritë e juridiksionit të përgjithshëm kryhet bazuar në parimet e pavarësisë, procesit të rregullt ligjor, meritokracisë, promovimit, zhvillimit të karrierës, efikasitetit, si dhe konfidencialitetit.
Procedura e ngritjes në detyrë të prokurorëve është e përcaktuar në detaje në këtë rregullore, një procedurë me 3 faza që nis me momentin e shpalljes së procedurës deri në vendimin e komisionit të posaçëm./CNA.al
