Qytetaret e Fierit e dine mire se, personin qe dyshja Rama-Subashi autorizuan per firmosjen e cdo gjeje qe kish te bente me inceneratorin e Fierit, fillimisht e emeruan Drejtor te Pergjithshem te Albpetrol, e pak muaj me pas e arrestuan.

Por qytetaret e Fierit u cuditen kur mesuan se miliona euro po paguhen per persona ne kerkim nderkombetar, nderkohe qe inceneratori nuk funksionon.

Vazhdojme edhe sot me disa pyetje per SPAK:

1. Pse Rama-Balluku paguan 3 here nga 627 miljone, leke brenda dates 1 Gusht, per inceneratorin e Fierit? Ku eshte inceneratori i Fierit qe duhej te ish dorezuar me celesa ne dore sipas kontrates se fshehte?

2. Meqe Zoto dhe Gugallja jane me urdher arresti nderkombetar, ku jua derguan ato 2 milion euro brenda dites?

3. Pse u nderrua 3 here, me shpejtesi e pa asnje debat ne keshillin bashkiak, vendi i ndertimit te inceneratorit? A u mor mendimi i komunitetit, gje qe eshte e detyrueshme ligjerisht?

4. A po hetohet per falsifikimin e procesit dhe dokumentacionit?

(Ligji detyron studime te detajuara per ndikimin ne mjedis. Eshte falsifikim dokumentacioni nese perdor letrat e vendit 1 edhe per vendin 2 edhe per vendin final 3. Ligji detyron edhe publikimin e te dhenave teknike te impiantit qe do ngrihet per te pare demin ne shendet te banoreve. Deri me sot mungon cdo e dhene teknike se cfare impianti po krijohet).
