Vota e emigrantëve, “25 prilli” në Gjykatë / Kushtetuesja cakton datën e seancës

Në shkurt të këtij viti, shoqata 'Diaspora për Shqipërinë e Lirë' ka ngritur padi  në Gjykatën Kushtetuese për shpalljen të pavlefshme të zgjedhjeve parlamentare të 25 prillit, duke pretenduar për cenim të së drejtës kushtetuese të votës së emigrantëve.

Sipas tyre votimi nga jashtë vendit i emigrantëve nuk u mundësua për shkak të mungesës së vullnetit politik, por edhe nga mosveprimet dhe qëndrimet pasive të mbajtura nga organet e ngarkuara nga ligji për të miratuar aktet nënligjore që kanë për objekt rregullimin e votimit nga jashtë.

Gjykata Kushtetutuese, pritet të shqyrtojë padinë me objekt: “ Konstatim i cënimit të së drejtës kushtetuese të votës së emigrantëve në zgjedhjet për Kuvendin e Shqipërisë më 25 prill 2021”,  me 27 Shtator ora 10.00./CNA.al
