The investigations were debunked/ The Chief Secretary of the Prosecutor's

Rajana Jata, chief secretary at the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, is accused of debunking investigations.

She is accused of de-conspiracy and abuse of office after she is accused of calling a person to communicate that she is under investigation by the capital's 'accusation'.

Journalist Arsen Rusta reports that SPAK, after having the case with the Directorate of Road Transport, passed it on to the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana for competence, but it was the official who, after receiving the name in the envelope, called him and warned him.  

Rajana Jata's involvement in this de-conspiracy has been proven by phone records, albanjarja.com writes.

Criminal proceedings have already been registered against her. Investigations into the case have been conducted by prosecutor Arens Çela. The court has confirmed the security measure of suspension from office, given in absentia./CNA.al
