The Special Court has accepted the request of former minister Ilir Beqaj to watch the next court session in his case outside the glass box.

The decision was made in today's session for the Sterilization trial, where Beqaj is required to appear in court. After the session, Beqaj's lawyer spoke to the media and said that with this decision, the defense will be more effective.

"In the judicial process, everyone should be equal before the prosecution and the court and before the people who follow the court session live. I think that with Beqaj outside the courtroom, the process will be more normal. I will be able to communicate with Mr. Beqaj at all times and our defense will be more effective ," the lawyer said, among other things.
