ARRSH says that in a large number of cases, pedestrians are the cause of the accident.
Therefore, ARRSH asks pedestrians to follow traffic rules, signage, walk carefully, and protect themselves and others.
"Frequently, disobeying vertical/horizontal signage has become a source of accidents, especially by young drivers, but according to road balances, in a large number of cases pedestrians are also the cause, who in not a few cases cross from one side of the road or highway to the other causing fatal accidents.
