"We are facing a very concrete criminal fact"/ Braçe speaks after leaving the GJKKO

Socialist Party MP Erion Braçe spoke to the media after leaving the Special Court premises.

Braçe appeared today at the GJKKO in connection with a hearing where he was sued for defamation by a businessman.

The Socialist said that he has filed today the laws and decisions of the Council of Ministers regarding the river land, which, according to him, stipulates that it cannot be alienated.

" No appeal, I believe we are facing a very concrete criminal fact. I thought that the 2022 law and the decision of the Council of Ministers that determines that the land from the river line to the embankment is state-owned were enough. The gentlemen in the session that went insisted, I have filed with the court today, the laws, along with the respective decisions of the Council of Ministers that determine that the land from the river line to the embankment is river land, state land and can neither be alienated nor prescribed ," said Braçe.
