Rexhep Rapi, otherwise known as 'Kep Arapi', requests the relaxation of the security measures for health reasons.

The Special Court decided to appoint a group of experts from the Institute of Forensic Medicine to determine the health condition of the prisoner, arrested a short time ago.

The conversations were intercepted by Dutch authorities who were investigating Davy German for involvement in a criminal organization involved in drug trafficking.

The murder of Xhevdet Plaku was planned to be carried out on September 17, 2019, in Durrës, when he was escorted to the police station by police officer Dedan Gjoni, with the claim that he was using an armored car.
