Video - Carnival in Shkodër, preparations begin

Shkodra is preparing for carnival. Prime Minister Edi Rama announced this news.

The head of the government has published some pictures on social networks, where you can see the preparations for the "Streets of Shkodra in the Carnival", an activity that has been organized for many years in the capital of the north.

Rama invites citizens not to miss this celebration that will take place on February 23-25.
