"I am against the boycott of 'Territoriale' and

Democratic Party MP Saimir Korreshi has shown this evening the reasons why he is against the opposition boycott of the "Territorial" and "Electoral" committees.

In a television appearance, Korreshi said that people should know the Democratic Party's proposals and positions regarding reforms.

"The opposition should be part of the reforms, such as Territorial and Electoral, to be present and discuss, I am in favor of representation, so I expressed my opinion against the boycott in the group. Because the first reform failed, we have 61 municipalities and expenses were not reduced even though their number decreased. The first Territorial Reform only reduced services to citizens. People should know what the opposition's opinion and decision is on these issues. The DP should be clear, so that people know what our proposal for the reform is. The opposition should go to the Commissions and make clear proposals and positions", said Korreshi. /CNA
