Six full days have passed and neither Erion Veliaj nor Mero Baze have produced the document signed by Ols Dado, who according to their claims requested an addition to the construction permit, nor the refusal signed by the mayor for the request made by the prosecutor.

On August 18, Erion Veliaj addressed the court with a document with 175 points on 77 unsigned pages to declare the investigations against the mayor, who is in Durrës prison cells with 13 charges for several serious criminal offenses, invalid.

Today is the sixth day and Erion Veliaj and Mero Baze have not yet published the document they claimed with the signature of prosecutor Ols Dado for an addition to the permitted portion, nor the rejection of this request with the signature of Erion Veliaj. (The request does not exist, nor the rejection, just like the Tirana incinerator)

Mero Baze's claims

Mero Baze says that, according to him, the investigation against Veliaj is being insistently requested by a prosecutor, who months ago had a personal conflict with him, regarding his requests for a construction permit outside the legal criteria that the municipality had.

Erion Veliaj's claims

In point 135, Veliaj says that prosecutor Ols Dado obtained a building permit from the Municipality of Tirana and then requested an addition to the permit and this was refused.

While in point 136 of the document without a seal and signature, Erion treats this as a matter of "revenge" on the part of prosecutor Ols Dado, because, according to him, he was not granted a construction permit for the addition after he made a request.

Why doesn't Erion Veliaj issue the document with Ols Dado's signature and the refusal with the mayor's signature?
