PD MP Belind Kelliçi has commented on one of the secret information that emerged from the e-mails of the former head of the State Police, Gladis Nano, regarding a planned assassination attempt on Lulzim Basha.

Invited to the Euronews studio, Kelliçi said that he does not believe that there was an assassination, saying that he has the impression that it was staged.

 "The news about the assassination attempt on Basha was circulated once in 2017, it was circulated on portals for only one day. I wish that among the thousands of emails, we would at least focus on serious issues and things that have substance. I don't believe that there was an assassination attempt, I have the impression that it was staged. It seems to me like a fable to fill the portals", said Këlliçi./
