Out of 127 re-registered, in 2 and a half months, only 5 drivers have regained their Driving License!

The data has been published by DPSHTRR, where it turns out that drivers do not know the theory, nor do they try to learn it before the retest.

While today there was only one passer in the driving license recovery test after losing points, out of 21 candidates, where only 8 appeared in the hall.

S’KA SHPËTIM përveç RIEDUKIMIT për ata që ne i konsiderojmë kontigjent shkelësish të rëndë të rregullave të qarkullimit, përsëritës në sjellje që rezikojnë ata dhe të tjerët në rrugë, që me aktet e reja në fuqi për të rifituar të drejtën e patentës duhet të regjistrohen nga e para në Autoshkollë e t’i rinënshtrohen testit teori-praktikë!
