After the publication of the news that Roland Xhaxho's clinic was not equipped with a license for dental services at the time it performed the intervention of 3-year-old Brian Spahia, the family asked that the prosecutor Alma Felaj (Ermonela Felaj's sister-in-law) not investigate this matter. 

In a television interview, the father of the deceased 3-year-old boy, Bledar Spahia, says that Alma Felaj wants to distort the case, and for this reason he had a meeting with the head of the Tirana Prosecutor's Office, where he asked her to remove him from the boy's case.

"We have spoken with the head of the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana about the prosecutor of the Alma Felaj case, she had to withdraw from this case because she is not capable of giving a solution to the case. With these facts, she did not act while on October 6, she checked at Xhaxho's clinic, and as far as I know, this clinic was without a license. To this day, that clinic operates, it fills the teeth of people who have no idea what happened in that clinic", said Bledar Spahiu. 

The latter claims that the prosecutor hid the results of the first expert report that were published in November for 11 days.

"I got the information myself. I did not receive any information from the prosecutor, not even the act of expertise, she wanted to hide it. I found out from the media, he kept me suspended for 11 days and did not tell me", he said.
