SPAK has notified Jamarbër Malltez to interrogate him tomorrow as a person under investigation. Meanwhile, the leader of the DP, Sali Berisha, has been informed that he will be questioned on Thursday by the Special Prosecutor's Office.
For Malltez, the Special Court has imposed the security measure of "house arrest" for the accusations of the privatization of the former "Partizani" complex in Tirana. Malltezi is accused of "active corruption".
Meanwhile, also for Berisha, the Special Court has decided the security measure "house arrest" for the charge "Passive corruption of high state officials or local elected officials".
According to the decision, Berisha must not leave the apartment and must not communicate with other people except those who live in the same house with him.
