The parents of 3-year-old Brian Spahiu, after discovering scandalous and shocking facts about the clinic and doctors Roland and Ina Xhaxho, have requested the dismissal of the prosecutor Alma Felaj for the case.

Xhaxho clinic did not have a license for a dental clinic, while the doctor who performed the intervention on the 3-year-old had received the license 1 month after the tragic death of the little one.

Ina Xhaxho was refused a license 6 times and got it 1 month after the separation of the 3-year-old.

The prosecution immediately started investigations into the case and the prosecutor was Alma Felaj.

"The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, on the basis of the material referred to me by Police Station No. 4 in letter No. 7057/k Prot dated 04.10.2023, has registered the criminal proceedings on 05.10.2023 No. 6477 of 2023, for the criminal offense "Negligence in medical treatment", provided for by Article 96 of the Criminal Code. On the part of the prosecution, the performance of other procedural actions in relation to the criminal proceedings continues, with the aim of evidencing all the circumstances and causes of the citizen's death," the press release said./ CNA
