The new judicial map is apparently causing problems in the justice system.

In all Courts of First Instance, the stock counts 40,000 judgments. More than 5,000 citizens have complained to the ILD and most of them are for not clarifying the decisions. Property litigation continues to be an unsolved problem.

In an interview for Top Chanel, Artur Metani, Senior Inspector of Justice, said that the new map needs its time to adapt to the new situation.

Metani says that the complaints are high and more are for judges than for prosecutors.

 "There are more complaints about judges than about prosecutors, it is natural that this is the process, because the court is the last decision-making body after a judicial process, mainly criminal. So the highest number of complaints comes to judges, generally for the big courts in the country such as Tirana, Durrës, Vlora, because undoubtedly the biggest social problems are in cities with more population and more conflicting interests. the other. We are looking at all of them as a priority, not forgetting the small towns, and the complaints that come about the small towns because justice is the same everywhere.
