The head of the Special Prosecutor's Office (SPAK) Arben Kraja has sounded the alarm about the dangerousness of Albanian criminal groups.

At the conference on "International Organized Crime", Kraja said that Albanian groups are already operating in other countries where drugs are produced and shown, even in Dubai.

 "Criminal groups have changed their activity recently. They have extended their activity to the countries where the drug is produced, where it is traded, even in Dubai. Also, the criminal groups have become very ferocious", said Kraja. /CNA.al
