Today, at 12:00, a preliminary hearing will be held at the Special Court for the arrested former mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, his wife Ajola Xoxa, his friend Elman Abule, Klotilda Bushka, the Durrës prison guard, Fatjon Baci, and the other defendants.

The case will be reviewed by Judge Etleva Deda, who will decide whether the file will go to trial.

But while the trial begins, the deception of Erion Veliaj and media scoundrel Mero Baze continues.

Today marks 43 days since the public deception of Erion Veliaj and Mero Baze regarding the claims and accusations against prosecutor Ols Dado, who they say conducted the investigations for revenge and conflict of interest, after requesting an extension on the construction permit which was refused.

These claims and accusations remain only in the mouths of two public deceivers, a former mayor who has been caught nine times with corruption, abuse of office, laundering criminal proceeds, and concealing assets, and a media remnant like Mero Baze, whose assets he has gained through his well-known attack and blackmail strategy have also been revealed.

Both were caught alive in the fraud.

Neither Veliaj nor Baze have proven their fraud, by not publishing the document signed by Ols Dado nor the refusal signed by Veliaj.

All of these frauds are committed with the sole purpose of criminally attacking the justice system, prosecutors, and judges.

In his fraudulent claims as cited in point 135, Veliaj says that prosecutor Ols Dado obtained a building permit from the Municipality of Tirana and then requested an addition to the permit and this was refused.

While in point 136 of the document without a seal and signature, Erion treats this as a matter of "revenge" on the part of prosecutor Ols Dado, because, according to him, he was not granted a construction permit for the addition after he made a request.

Why doesn't Veliaj produce the document with Ols Dado's signature and the refusal with his signature?

Mero Baze says that, according to him, the investigation against Veliaj is being insistently requested by a prosecutor, who months ago had a personal conflict with him, regarding his requests for a construction permit outside the legal criteria that the municipality had.

Why doesn't Mero Baze confirm it? Why doesn't he publish the document with Ols Dado's signature and the refusal with Erion Veliaj's signature? Why doesn't he release it?
