The Special Court has sentenced the former mayor of Lushnje, Fatos Tushe, to 2 years and 4 months in prison. The Special Prosecutor's Office initially demanded a 5-year prison sentence for Tushe. But due to the shortened trial, GJKKO finally sentenced him to 2 years and 4 months of imprisonment.
Decisions were also given for the other defendants.

Gentjan Nushe, former mayor, 1.8 years in prison
Leonard Sefa, 1.6 years in prison
Gerta Turku 1.4 years in prison
Bardh Mehilli, 1.6 years in prison
