The Court of Appeal "overthrew" the seal group.
It is learned that judge Edlira Petri has dismissed the request to exclude judge Irida Kacerrja from the DP statute issue.
The seal group attacked the judge, claiming that the case could be prejudiced by the latter.
The request for exemption was submitted by the DP representative, lawyer Rezart Thupi, while it was signed by Gazment Bardhi.
Thupi was the chairman of Ben Blushi's party in Durrës./ BA - CNA.al
