The Special Court of Appeal has declared the member of the KPK, Etleda Çifta, innocent, who was accused of "falsification of documents" and "false declaration of assets".

GJKKO through an announcement states that the couple has been found not guilty of both charges, leaving in effect the decision of the first instance.

The decision of the court of first instance given on September 16 of last year declared ?ifta innocent despite the charges against her for false declaration of wealth and falsification of documents.
