GJKKO ordered "House Arrest"/ Here are the charges against Mirlinda

Today it was made public that the GJKKO has imposed the security measure "House Arrest" on the director of AKSHI, Mirlinda Karçanaj, and her deputy, Hava Delibashi.

In the statement made, SPAK announces that Karçanaj and Delibashi are charged with violating equality in tenders, criminal group and commission of criminal offenses by an organized criminal group.

 

" Assignment of the security measure, "House arrest", against the citizen under investigation, MK, provided for by Article 237 of the Criminal Procedure Code, for the commission of criminal offenses; "Violation of equality of participants in tenders or public auctions" committed in the special form of cooperation, that of a structured criminal group and "Structured criminal group", "Commitment of criminal offenses by a criminal organization and a structured criminal group", provided for by Articles 258 and 333/a and 334 of the Criminal Code.
