Replaced Medi Bici/ Judge Genti Shala officially begins duty at the High Court

Judge Genti Shala officially became part of the Supreme Court today.

Today, a ceremony was held at the United Colleges Hall where Judge Shala was officially handed over his duties, replacing Medi Bici in this institution.

The appointment of Judge Genti Shala as a member of the Supreme Court was decreed by the President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj, on December 12 of this year.

The Supreme Court of the Republic of Albania welcomed today the new member of the judiciary, Mr. Genti Shala.

In a special ceremony, held in the United Colleges Hall, congratulations were given on the beginning of the new judge's term, who was appointed as a member of the Supreme Court, replacing Judge Medi Bici.

During the ceremony, the importance of continuously strengthening the judiciary with magistrates who have demonstrated professionalism, integrity and commitment to the values ??of justice was emphasized.

The President of the Supreme Court, Sokol Sadushi, in his speech stated that Judge Genti Shala joins the team with a consolidated professional profile and valuable experience in the justice system. His contribution is expected to further strengthen the quality of decision-making and the constitutional mission of the Supreme Court to guarantee a reliable and efficient justice.

President Sadushi praised the contribution of the judge who completed his term, emphasizing that Judge Medi Bici has made an important and valuable contribution over the years to the activity of the Supreme Court, exercising his function with professionalism, responsibility and integrity.
