Businessman and entrepreneur, Gjergj Luca has published a video on "Instagram" from Rome.
Along with the video, Luca writes that Prime Minister Edi Rama should be given some credit for his achievements in politics.
He congratulates Rama for transforming urban centers, promoting Albania in the international arena and maintaining a vision for the modernization of the country.
The work and energy that Prime Minister Edi Rama invests for Albania are to be complimented, says Luca.
