Fundo mentioned a photo of Mayor Erion Veliaj, which Nini used in 2018 under the pretext of copyright to demand the shutdown of CNA's server in Germany.

The latter lied again about the photo saying that it is copyrighted and that CNA has removed it from the page, but we are bringing up Veliaj's photo again today to show that it is there and has not been deleted at any time.

In this case we can point out that Aldor Nini's argument is similar to the fact that someone is giving away free materials and Aldor Nini comes out and says no you can't get it.

According to Aldor Nini's logic, if someone takes a photo when Erion Veliaj comes out with a gun, we cannot claim that it has copyright, if a politician can commit a crime or persecute someone, we cannot report that it has copyright. , but before copyright, the right to inform the public prevails in cases of reporting.
