The "Selman Stërmasi" Stadium will be transformed, becoming a revitalized urban structure, with vibrant public squares, green spaces and mixed-use areas to stimulate social and economic vitality.

The Albanian company AGIKONS sh.pk has today presented the project carried out with the prestigious international company Zaha Hadid Architects, for the transformation of the Tirana team's stadium from a historic site into the core of a revitalized city center, where innovative design merges with cultural heritage.

The project is a recreation of the old “Selman Stermasi” stadium, named after the famous Albanian footballer. Now this stadium will serve as a dynamic center that integrates sports, community engagement and urban entertainment.

The concept of this transformative project for football in the country introduces bold structural innovations and sustainable features, while preserving the historical significance of the site./CNA
