March Holidays/ IdentiTek makes important announcement for citizens

IdentiTek informs citizens that, due to official holidays during the month of March, some accelerations have been made in the dates for collecting biometric documents for citizens who have applied through the standard procedure.

This change was made with the aim of avoiding delays and ensuring the best possible experience in the service that IdentiTek offers to citizens, especially during the holiday period.

Biometric passports and identity cards, applications for which were made on certain specific dates, will be able to be withdrawn according to this calendar:

-Applications made on March 2 and 3, 2026 will be able to be withdrawn on March 12 and 13, 2026.

-Applications made on March 6 and 9, 2026 will be able to be withdrawn on March 18 and 19, 2026.

-Applications made on March 10, 2026 will be able to be withdrawn on March 19, 2026, while for district offices on March 24, 2026.

IdentiTek recommends that citizens plan to collect documents according to this calendar, to avoid waiting and ensure timely receipt of documents./ CNA
