At Thursday's plenary session in the Assembly, the reorganization of several parliamentary committees will be discussed and approved.
It is reported that, after being dismissed as minister, Elisa Spiropali was appointed to the Security Committee, while Pirro Vengu was appointed to the Committee on Natural Resources, Infrastructure and Sustainable Development.
Other draft laws for consideration are also on the agenda. The draft decision “On granting authorization by the Assembly for the arrest/deprivation of liberty of MP Belinda Balluku, through the replacement of the security measure”, will also be discussed.
Rama made several changes to the government on February 26, previously announced by CNA. He dismissed Elisa Spiropali and Pirro Vengu from their posts as ministers.
On the other hand, the opposition has announced a protest in front of parliament at 10:00 against Prime Minister Edi Rama and MP Belinda Balluku./ CNA
