Starting from October 1, the price of electricity will increase for family subscribers who spend more than 800 kEh.

Unlike the fee of 9.5 lek they paid until now, with the installation of the energy band they will pay 42 lek.

Confindustria has asked the government to review the decision on setting the time zone, since according to it, during the winter months, this limit is exceeded by almost 13-20% of families.

After this statement, the leader of PL, Ilir Meta, who in a post on social networks, wrote that he supports this proposal, also reacted.

METE'S MESSAGE I
fully support the proposal of the Albanian Confindustria to increase the electricity consumption band, on which payment will be applied at international market prices for households.
The proposal to set this threshold from 800K to 1200K per month is completely correct, as the threshold set by the Government affects financially and significantly about 90,000 to 130,000 Albanian families, mainly those of the middle class.
In the conditions of the increase in the prices of oil, basket products and any service, it is inappropriate to burden family budgets even further.
It is time to support Albanian families and not to extort them, with money that ends up for incinerators, concessions and secret tenders./CNA.al
