Russian lobbying/ Chipa: Basha will be forced to talk

Analyst Aleksandër Çipa sees the issue of lobbying the Democratic Party with Russian money, where Sali Berisha has charged Lulzim Basha with personal responsibility and has requested the reopening of the case, as one of the darkest issues of political behavior and political pollution in Albania.
